Where do you deliver and how much does it cost?
Hi! Most of our treats can be delivered all over Singapore! We deliver them fresh and fast, straight from our bakery. We use the finest ingredients to ensure these yummy goodies arrive safely and on time at your doorstep. Check out our delivery options below to find the perfect way to get your sweet tooth fix in a flash!
Monday to Sunday Time Slot:
- • Flexi Delivery: 9am - 6:30pm delivery (orders below $150) - $9.90
- • Regular Delivery: 9am - 1pm, 12pm - 4pm, 3pm - 6:30pm (orders below $150) - $15.00
- • Regular Delivery: 9am - 1pm, 12pm - 4pm, 3pm - 6:30pm (orders ABOVE $150) - FREE
- • Flat Rate: 1-hour range between 9am - 6pm (orders below $150) - $35.00
* Please note that if treats are requested to be delivered in a hotel, chalet, or office building, our team will make a call and drop them off at the nearest car park.
What happens if the cake is delivered but one is at home?
Don't worry, our awesome team will give the recipient a call to see if we can leave it with a friendly neighbor or guard. If that's not an option, we can definitely try delivering it again for a small fee of $20. Of course, you're always welcome to pick it up yourself at our store too!
Can I do a self pick-up? Where are you located?
You are always welcome to visit us at 218 Pandan Loop, Xpace, Singapore 128408, level 1 reception, daily, 10 am - 5 pm.
How do I store the cake upon receipt?
Storing your delicious cake:
- • Fresh cream cakes: Keep cool in the fridge! They'll last about an hour at room temperature.
- • Buttercream cakes: Fridge is best, but if not possible, a cool room works for 2-3 hours. Let them thaw 30 minutes to 1 hour before enjoying for the best flavor.
For ultimate freshness: We recommend enjoying your cake within 48 hours and storing it in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
What's the dimensions of your cake box?
Need fridge space? No worries! Boxes come in different sizes to fit your cake. You can message our friendly customer service team anytime for help!
How do I cut a tall two-tiered cake?
Cake cutting made easy!
Worried about messy slices with a tall cake? We've got you covered! Check out our video for pro-cutting tips
Fondant fans? You can easily remove decorations before slicing for a cleaner cut.
How many slices? Our servings are just a guide (think 2-3" x 1" x 3.5-4" slices), so cut to your heart's content!
What if I did not collect my order? Will I be refunded?
Missed your delivery? No worries!
We'll call the number indicated in your order to see if we can catch you. If not, you can choose to:
- • Redeliver for $20: We'll try again, but there's a fee.
- • Pick it up yourself (within 2 days): It's free, and your cake will be waiting for you! But if you cannot make it, we can deliver at your doorstep for only $35
*Heads up: After 2 days, unclaimed cakes are donated. We can't offer refunds or exchanges in these cases.
What if the cake I had ordered turned up damaged?
Cake arrive a little worse before the celebration? No worries! Just snap a pic and contact our friendly customer service at +65 8380 6722 and we will fix it ASAP!

What are your cake sizes?
Looking for the perfect cake size? We have a delicious cake for any size of celebration, from intimate gatherings to big bashes. We even do custom cakes! See our handy size chart to find your perfect fit
When can I select two flavours for my cake?
For 2 flavoured cakes:
- • You can choose any 2 flavors you love with our double-tiered and 8" and 1" (5kg) cakes and above.
- • For slightly smaller or double-tiered cakes 6+8” (3kg), pick your favorite flavor, or if your heart desires two, there's a small $15 upcharge to cover the extra ingredients used in smaller batches.
- • Three-tiered cakes? The flavor party continues! Cakes in the 4" + 6" + 8" size range let you pick 2 flavors to tantalize your taste buds. For even larger three-tiered cakes, go wild – choose 3 flavors!
Do your cakes contain raw eggs?
Safety first, deliciousness always! We use fully cooked eggs in all our cakes (think 60 degrees!), so you can enjoy every bite without worry.
Will candles and a birthday knife be provided?
Sing happy birthday in style! Each cake delivery includes a handy birthday knife and a long, shiny gold candle for the big moment.
What should I request if I would like my cake lower in sugar?
They're 30-50% lower than regular cakes, so you can indulge yourself and your loved ones (especially the little ones and those watching their sugar intake) without any guilt. Moderation is key, of course, but now you can enjoy every delicious bite with a smile!
Do you offer cake for testing?
Can't decide on a cake size? Worry no more. Our delicious mini classic cakes ($32.90) are the perfect way to try out our flavors before you commit to a bigger cake. Think of it as a yummy sneak peek!
I chose chocolate as my cake flavor but I want the color of my cake to be blue. Is it possible?
Our cakes are like flavor explosions! We layer them with delicious fillings in the center, and then frost them all around with a dreamy vanilla buttercream that'll have you wanting more.
Why are there bubble tea straws, wooden dowels or toothpicks in your cake?
Our beautiful tiered cakes have secret helpers inside to keep everything perfectly balanced. These hidden supports are there for safety reasons. Just be sure to remove them before digging in – they're food-safe, but best left for the cake to enjoy!
Why don't you make fondant cakes?
We're all about keeping things light and fluffy!
Our cakes are specially designed to be moist and delicious, and sometimes heavier decorations like fondant can weigh them down. Plus, keeping fondant perfect can be tricky! Singapore's hot weather and humidity can make it melt or get sticky, and we wouldn't want that to happen to your beautiful cake.
We use a special low-sugar buttercream that's way lighter than regular cake frosting. And for those amazing designs, we can use creative decorations like toys or other fun options depending on your cake's theme.
So, you can still get a stunning cake that tastes incredible!
Now that I know you make buttercream cakes with fondant figurines, how can I store my fondant figurines safely after celebration, for memento?
Give them a cozy home: Pop your fondant friends in an airtight container. This keeps them fresh and protected.
Sunshine is pretty, but not for fondant: Direct sunlight can fade their colors, so keep them in a shady spot.
As long as you keep them dry and out of the sun, your fondant figures can last a long time!

How can I purchase a smash cake for my kid’s 1st year photoshoot?
Our delicious cakes are made with love, and that includes ingredients like dairy, butter, and eggs. While these are yummy for most, some little ones under 2 might have allergies that show up as rashes. If you have any concerns, it's always best to check with your pediatrician first. For everyone else over 2, our cakes are a delicious way to celebrate!
Order and Cancellation
Are pastel coloured or darker coloured cakes doable?
They can be super fun, but sometimes they can stain your fingers (like colorful markers!) and might taste a little bit stronger than lighter colors because of the extra food coloring. While we use the safest, top-quality coloring from the USA (totally safe for everyone!), some very young babies (under 1) might have a mild reaction like a rash.
Here's the good news! We have tons of amazing pastel and lighter colors that are just as fun and festive, and they won't leave any colorful surprises on your hands or affect the taste. We even mix a touch of white into some colors to keep them soft and pretty! So, you can still have a gorgeous cake that's gentle on everyone.
What happens if I would like to cancel my order?
Here's a quick rundown of our cancellation policy:
- Plenty of time to spare (more than 1 week before delivery)? No worries! We'll give you a full refund (100% store credit with no expiry) or a 90% cash refund (minus a small merchant fee).
- Getting closer to the date (3 days to 1 week before delivery)? We can still offer you a 70% store credit with no expiry.
- Cake already in the works (within 3 days of delivery)? Our policy states a 100% cancellation fee, but we know things happen! kindly WhatsApp us at +6588623327 and our friendly customer success will do there best to help given the circumstances.
How long in advance should I place my order?
Dreaming of a stunning designer cake? Just let us know at least 1 week in advance, and we'll do our best to make your cake dreams come true.
Next-day delivery? Our classic cakes can be whipped up much faster (think 2 days!). We can even do same-day deliveries in some cases - just ask, we are here to help!
